Raw image files are turned into dynamic, fully interactive assets through our post-processing engine:

  • Deskewing & Cropping: Text baselines are algorithmically evaluated, perfectly leveled to a 0° axis, and cropped cleanly to the document’s true physical borders.
  • Enterprise Optical Character Recognition (OCR): The raster text shapes are converted into live digital data, allowing text strings to be indexed and searched instantaneously.
Step 5:

Dual-Layer Manual Quality Assurance (QA)

While software automation guarantees processing speed, human eyes guarantee absolute perfection. Every single file generated passes through a frame-by-frame visual inspection checkpoint.

A trained quality assurance technician manually cross-references the digital image against strict readability standards, verifying correct metadata tagging, chronological sequence tracking, and flawless image legibility.

Step 6:

File Structuring & Archival Fulfillment

We format and compile your digitized collection to seamlessly ingest into your organization's document management frameworks, library databases, or our custom hosted portals.
